The following Company Privacy Notice is designed to inform you, as a user of the service, about the types of personal information that Certi-Seal Notary Service may gather about or collect from you in connection with your use of the service. Your obligation as a client of Certi-Seal Notary Service is agreeing to non-disclosure of the on-site address, unless personally revealed to clients through direct company contact. Clients wanting our on-site services are to request the location through using the company phone number or email information. It is also intended to explain the conditions under which Certi-Seal Notary Service uses and keeps personal information private, and your rights in relation to that personal information. Certi-Seal Notary Service may require client information such as name, home address, social security number, etc. Certi-Seal Notary Service is currently servicing only in the state of Florida. Out of state documents can be notarized but must adhere to Florida law. By signing below, you agree to the terms and conditions of using Certi-Seal Notary Service. Not adhering to these conditions will result in the elimination of the relationship between the client and Certi-Seal Notary Service.
